Earth Day Cookies Make the world a tastier place! Yield : Approximately 24 cookies Ingredients ● 2 cups flour ● 1 Tbsp cornstarch ● 1 tsp baking soda ● 3/4 tsp kosher salt ● 3/4 cup butter, room temperature ● 3/4 cup dark brown sugar ● 1/2 cup granulated sugar ● 1 egg ● 1 Tbsp vanilla ● Blue and Green dye Lets Put It All Together! 1) Preheat oven to 350° 2) Spray cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray 3) In medium bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Set aside. 4) In mixer cream butter and both sugars together on medium speed, beating until light and fluffy 2-3 minutes. 5) Turn mixer to low and add in egg and vanilla. Easter Mini Cheesecakes Hop into Easter with these adorable and creamy cheesecakes! Yield: 18 The things you will need are: Graham cracker crust: ● 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs   ● 2 Tbsp sugar  ● 2 Tbsp butter  Cheesecake: ● 3 pkg Cream Cheese ● 3/4 cup sugar  ● 1   Tsp vanilla  ● 3 eggs  Decoration Toppings:   ● 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes, toasted  ● Approximately 54 speckled  malted milk eggs  ● 18 cupcake liners Lets put it all together! Preheat oven to 325℉ Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter  Pack graham cracker crust into cupcake liners Beat cream cheese, vanilla and remaining sugar with mixer until blended Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended Spoon over crusts Bake 25 to 30 min. or until centers are almost set Cool completely. Valentine Day Cake Pops These cake pops are sure to make every Valentine Day sweet! Here is what you'll need: - Funfetti® Radiant Red Cupcake & Cake Mix, Heart shaped cake molds (or mold by hand), 2 bags candy melts (white and pink), sprinkles for decorating Yield (approximately) 12 cake pops Now let's put it all together! 1) First you need to bake your cake. Once it's baked and cooled, use a food processor to crumble the cake. Or if you don't have a food processor you could crumble the cake by hand by breaking the cake in two and rubbing the two halves together. 2) Next you mix in your frosting. Make sure the cake is the consistency of play-dough Insert cake mix into your heart mold. 3) Chill for 2 hours 4) Melt your candy melts 5) Remove your cake pops from the fridge.
